ZIPAIR Tokyo expands routes and launches decarbonization initiative

ZIPAIR Tokyo has announced several strategic updates regarding its flight network and sustainability initiatives. The airline has commenced ticket sales for its Narita to Houston route for January and March 2027, operating one to three flights per week. Additionally, the airline will increase flight frequencies for its Singapore and Seoul/Incheon routes during December, aiming for up to two round trips per day on certain days.

In a move toward environmental sustainability, ZIPAIR has unveiled a special decal aircraft in collaboration with four partner companies: ACT Solutions Japan, BSI Group Japan, Narita International Airport (NAA), and Sojitz Corporation. The Boeing 787-8 aircraft features partner logos to promote decarbonization and the goal of achieving carbon neutrality in the aviation industry by 2050. This special aircraft will operate across all ZIPAIR routes for approximately three months starting September 28, 2026.
