Ziroh Labs launches Kompact AI for CPU-based enterprise workloads

Ziroh Labs, a Bengaluru-based deeptech startup, has launched Kompact AI, a platform designed to run enterprise AI workloads on existing CPU infrastructure. The platform targets high-volume, specialized tasks such as document processing, cybersecurity, and customer interactions, which may not require the massive computing power of specialized GPU accelerators.

Separately, industry experts are highlighting the need for storage infrastructure to prepare for post-quantum security. As AI generates vast amounts of high-value data, including LLM training sets and metadata, the long-term integrity of this information is becoming critical. There is a growing concern regarding ‘harvest now, decrypt later’ threats, where current encrypted data could be compromised once quantum computing advances enough to challenge existing cryptographic methods.
