Zixi expands video delivery footprint with Mauritius deployment and IBC 2026 showcase

Zixi has announced its first direct deployment in Mauritius with the MTC Jockey Club (MTCJC), a subsidiary of the Mauritius Turf Club. The club will utilize the Zixi Platform as the backbone for live contribution and distribution to support global growth from the Champ de Mars racecourse.

By implementing the platform, MTCJC aims to achieve centralized monitoring, improved reliability for live events, and streamlined orchestration across multiple feeds. The deployment follows a successful proof-of-concept, providing the club with enhanced visibility and troubleshooting capabilities through the ZEN Master tool.

Additionally, Zixi is set to demonstrate its hybrid video delivery workflows and the latest version of Zixi Broadcaster at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam. The showcase will highlight capabilities such as hitless failover, multi-path redundancy, and recovery from up to 40% packet loss, targeting broadcasters looking to transition from satellite to IP-first delivery.
