Zlaté piesky: Search underway for man missing after paddleboard accident

Authorities are conducting a search operation at Zlaté piesky in Bratislava after a man disappeared underwater on Sunday evening, August 9. According to police, the man disappeared after jumping into the water from a paddleboard near the area known as "nuda pláže."

The search involving police, firefighters, and specialized units was briefly suspended on Sunday night due to poor visibility but resumed early Monday morning. As of the latest reports, the man has not yet been located.
