Zlín selects partner for Boněcký rybník housing district

The city of Zlín has selected an investment partner to develop a new residential district at Boněcký rybník. The project aims to create a modern neighborhood featuring up to 400 apartments, integrated with public spaces and surrounding greenery.

Fastav Development won the competition with a bid of 254 million CZK. The company is committed to investing more than 100 million CZK into technical infrastructure and public spaces. The development includes 260 apartments on municipal land and approximately 120 apartments on private plots.

Zlín municipality intends to use the proceeds from this sale to construct 50 to 60 rental apartments to expand its municipal housing fund. The project will feature buildings with a maximum height of five stories and shared underground parking.
