Znam Movement presents two-year government accountability report

The Znam Movement for Our Macedonia has released a two-year report detailing the work of its elected and appointed officials within the government and parliament. Party President Maksim Dimitrievski presented the publication, stating that the report serves as a milestone of accountability rather than a conclusion, emphasizing that public functions carry heavy moral responsibility. The party highlighted legislative initiatives, such as student vouchers and security system reforms, as key achievements.

The report has drawn sharp criticism from the SDSM party. SDSM leaders characterized the presentation as a political performance, alleging that Znam is merely a satellite project of Hristijan Mickoski designed to undermine SDSM from within. They accused Znam members of engaging in partisan appointments and benefiting from state tenders, describing the movement as a tool for political maneuvering rather than genuine reform.

In response to these allegations, Dimitrievski maintained that the party entered government to deliver results and improve the country, not to seek personal positions. He invited public scrutiny and criticism of the report's findings.
