Zobgaran Rangin Felz to launch silver bullion IPO on Iran Fara Bourse

Zobgaran Rangin Felz, operating under the symbol ‘Fongereh’, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on the Iran Fara Bourse. This marks the 19th IPO of the year and represents the first time a silver and lead bullion producer has entered the Iranian capital market.

The company will offer 9 percent of its shares (450 million shares) through a two-stage process. The first stage involves an auction of 3 percent of shares to eligible investors, while the second stage involves a fixed-price discovery method for the remaining 6 percent, available to both individual and legal shareholders. The valuation is set at 11,827 Rials per share.

Farabi Brokerage is serving as the offering advisor, with Kimia committed as the underwriter. Established in Zanjan in 2009, the company derives approximately 68 percent of its operating income from silver bullion sales. Product pricing follows global market trends, specifically the London Metal Exchange (LME).
