Zochcink to receive new camper and caravan site

A modern camper and caravan site is planned for the Zochcink reservoir near Opatów, Poland. The project will feature 24 individual pitches, each approximately 60 square meters, equipped with water, electricity, and sewage infrastructure.

According to Mayor Grzegorz Gajewski, the facility will include social amenities such as toilets, showers, and a kitchen, alongside an outdoor gym and a playground. The development is part of a larger project funded by over 10 million PLN in EU subsidies. The site is expected to be ready for the 2028 summer season.

Additional plans for the area include a bicycle rental service offering both traditional and electric bikes to encourage tourism in the Świętokrzyskie region. Local authorities also intend to build a campsite and rental cottages to support the area's growing tourism potential.
