Zodiac Gold begins drilling at Lewis target in Liberia

Zodiac Gold (TSXV: ZAU | OTCQB: ZAUIF | FSE: K19) launched its first diamond‑drilling program on the Lewis target, part of the Todi Gold Project in Liberia, on 21 July 2026. The initial phase will drill up to 3,000 m, with a possible second phase expanding to a total of 5,000 m. The drill program focuses on a 1.8‑km east‑west gold trend that hosts the strongest surface gold anomalies in the Lewis area. Prior work—including trenching, geological mapping, LiDAR‑based structural interpretation and extensive soil sampling—identified intervals such as 30 m at 1.04 g/t Au, 6 m at 0.98 g/t Au, and 8 m at 0.70 g/t Au. Parallel exploration on the northern trend will add further mapping, prospecting and trenching, while an expanded sampling grid will cover the remaining license area. The Lewis target sits at the southeastern end of the 16‑km Monterra Trend, which also contains the Arthington discovery and the Ben Ben and Feh Feh targets, and several intersecting structural zones deemed favourable for higher‑grade mineralisation.
