Zoi Konstantopoulou criticizes Tsipras, Mitsotakis, and Androulakis

Zoi Konstantopoulou, leader of the Plefsi Eleftherias party, has launched a series of sharp political attacks against major Greek figures and the current administration.

In recent media appearances, Konstantopoulou criticized former Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, questioning his competence and claiming he “pretends to know English” during visits to the United States. She also targeted PASOK leader Nikos Androulakis, suggesting he has become a tool for other political figures following his party’s vote regarding the lifting of her immunity.

Konstantopoulou also directed heavy criticism toward Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and his government. She accused the administration of failing to address the cost-of-living crisis and alleged attempts to cover up details surrounding the Tempi train accident. She specifically claimed that the referral of certain officials is effectively a referral of the Prime Minister himself.

Regarding her party's platform, Konstantopoulou announced legislative proposals aimed at combating inflation, including the potential abolition of VAT on essential goods and the reinstatement of the 13th and 14th month salaries. She also proposed a monthly maternity allowance of 1,000 euros to address demographic challenges.
