Zofia Korecka-Rejczak appointed Managing Director of Tchibo Warszawa

Zofia Korecka-Rejczak has assumed the role of Managing Director at Tchibo Warszawa, effective from the beginning of October 2026. With over 25 years of experience in FMCG, retail, and premium brands, she is tasked with driving the company's further growth within the Polish market.

Korecka-Rejczak joins Tchibo following an eight-year tenure at Miele, where she served as Managing Director and President of Miele Poland and subsequently Miele Italia. Her professional background also includes roles at Adidas, Castorama, and Empik. Her expertise spans marketing, omnichannel sales, and organizational transformation, which the company aims to leverage to capitalize on the growth potential of the Polish coffee and retail sectors.
