Zoho and KNIME introduce new data and machine learning tools

Zoho Analytics has released a free AI-powered Sample Data Generator designed to create realistic, structured datasets through plain language descriptions. Unlike traditional generators, this tool allows users to specify trends, seasonal fluctuations, and industry-specific contexts such as retail, finance, or healthcare. Users can describe their requirements in natural language, preview the results, and refine the data by requesting specific changes to value distributions or formats.

In the field of machine learning, a new parameter optimization workflow has been introduced via the KNIME Examples Server. This workflow aims to assist data scientists in selecting the best machine learning methods and hyperparameters by using an iterative search process. The implementation optimizes feature selection and one hyperparameter per method across four common machine learning models to identify the most successful combination based on a user-defined function.
