Zojirushi to launch compact EU-CA18 oven range

Zojirushi Mahobin Co., Ltd. has announced the release of the EU-CA18, a compact 18L oven range scheduled for launch on September 1, 2026. Designed specifically for single-person households, the appliance features a compact design with a depth of 40cm, allowing it to fit into small kitchen spaces and be placed flush against walls.

The unit is equipped with a ‘Rapid Sensing Infrared Sensor’ that detects food temperature every second to prevent uneven heating. Key features include adjustable heating temperatures in 5°C increments, specialized defrosting modes (full and partial), and high-output 900W inverter technology.

Additionally, the oven includes various time-saving functions such as ‘Chachatto Recipes’ that can be completed in under 10 minutes, specialized noodle recipes, and a deodorization function that uses high temperatures to decompose odors within the cavity.
