Zona Cultural hosts free cabaret performance series in Porto Alegre

The Zona Cultural in Porto Alegre is launching ‘Cabarés da Zona’, a series of five free cabaret-style performances. Part of the ‘Banrisul Mulheres da Cena Gaúcha’ initiative, the project is led by director Patricia Fagundes and aims to create spaces for interaction between artists of different generations.

The performances will blend theater, music, dance, and drag performances. The first event, titled ‘Cabaré Primavera nos Dentes’, features Cia Rústica and drag artist Sabrina Satânica (the persona of Ale Agnes), alongside performers Sofhia Lovison, Andi Goldenberg, Roberta Eltz, and Luis Filipe Maciel.

To support emerging talent, each edition includes an open stage where four selected artists will perform. The series is scheduled for Fridays at 8:00 PM, with upcoming dates on October 9, November 13 and 28, and December 4. Entry is free, with tickets distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 7:00 PM.
