Zonguldak completes 82 percent of village road asphalt target

The Zonguldak Special Provincial Administration is nearing the completion of its hot asphalt production targets for village roads. According to Gökhan Altun, the Road Branch Manager, the administration has produced approximately 135,000 tons of asphalt, reaching 82 percent of its 164,985-ton goal for the 2026 investment program.

The production plan includes 117,815 tons under investment works and 47,170 tons through the KÖYDES program. To meet the final target, approximately 29,985 tons of asphalt must still be produced. Officials aim to complete the remaining work in the first or second week of November, provided weather conditions remain favorable.
