Zoom unveils Unified Context Layer and new AI products

At its annual Zoomtopia 2026 conference, Zoom Communications introduced a new Unified Context Layer designed to bridge the gap between business conversations and actionable work. This layer connects meeting history, chat, and phone interactions with relevant documents and third-party data, providing both human users and AI agents with a comprehensive view of business context.

Key product announcements include specialized AI agents, My Notes Workflows, and enhanced features for Zoom Workplace. In the healthcare sector, the company rolled out Zoom Clinical Notes, an ambient documentation solution that uses proprietary medical speech recognition to convert in-person, video, and telephone clinical encounters into structured medical notes.

Additional updates include a new Voice Translator add-on featuring voice cloning to preserve natural vocal identities during real-time translation. Zoom also announced updates to its partner program, introducing a simplified incentive structure based on monthly recurring revenue growth and new specializations for managed service providers.
