Zoom launches AI-powered revenue operating system

Zoom Communications has introduced an AI-powered revenue operating system designed to unify buyer intelligence, customer conversations, and revenue execution. The new platform aims to connect signals from the initial stages of the customer journey through pipeline generation and expansion.

Key updates include the availability of Common Room by Zoom and new capabilities within the Zoom Revenue Accelerator, specifically Engage and Forecast. The Engage feature allows for the creation of structured multichannel sales sequences across email and phone. The company reported that Barracuda Networks, a Zoom customer, saw a 15% increase in closed deals using these tools.

Additionally, Zoom has been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Unified Revenue Orchestration Platforms 2026 Vendor Assessment. This independent evaluation recognized Zoom for its ability to provide AI-enabled revenue orchestration across marketing, sales, and customer success, citing its native architecture and agentic AI capabilities such as Sales Assist and Sales Roleplay.
