Zoomlion signs US$350 million insurance and factoring agreements

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has established a new tiered insurance and financing framework to manage overseas installment receivables. During the 2026 Global Financial Partners Summit in Shanghai, the company signed a US$300 million portfolio credit insurance policy with a double-A-rated international insurer and an initial US$50 million non-recourse factoring agreement with an overseas bank.

The framework, developed over six months, allows Zoomlion to convert overseas receivables into scalable, standardized investment-grade assets. This structured approach enables the company to manage and finance international receivables collectively rather than on a transaction-by-transaction basis.

This financial expansion follows significant growth in Zoomlion’s international operations. In the first half of 2026, international revenue increased 12.45% year-over-year to approximately US$2.31 billion, representing 57.25% of the company’s total revenue.
