Zoran Roganović appointed Montenegro men's handball head coach

The Handball Federation of Montenegro (RSCG) has appointed Zoran Roganović as the head coach of the men's national handball team. Roganović, recognized as the most successful coach in the nation's history, returns to the position he previously held from August 2018 to January 2023. During his first tenure, he led the team to an 11th-place finish at the 2022 European Championship, the highest ranking ever achieved by the Montenegrin men's team.

As part of a broader strategic model to strengthen the connection between youth development and the senior squad, Vasko Ševaljević has been appointed to coordinate and manage the men's youth national teams. The national team has been without a head coach since July, following the expiration of Didier Dinart's contract. Roganović expressed optimism regarding the new generation of players and the responsibility of representing the nation.
