Zorana Arunović announces retirement from professional shooting

Serbian sport shooter Zorana Arunović has announced her retirement from professional competition after a career spanning more than two decades.

Arunović achieved significant success in the sport, including Olympic gold, multiple world and European championships, World Cup titles, and a world record. Her career included notable achievements in both individual competitions and mixed events alongside Damir Mikec.

In an emotional farewell message, she reflected on the discipline, noting that shooting taught her to remain calm amidst chaos and to persevere through failure. She also credited her sister, Jelena Arunović, who served as her coach and support, for her professional journey.
