Zorlu Enerji completes third term of FutureFem program

Zorlu Enerji has completed the third term of its FutureFem program, an initiative designed to introduce young women to professional life and support their career paths in the energy and sustainability sectors.

In this latest term, 25 participants successfully completed the three-week program and received certificates. This brings the total number of program graduates to 63. During the program, participants gained exposure to various fields, including energy trading, renewable energy investments, R&D, innovation, sustainability, technology management, finance, and communications.

Zorlu Enerji CEO Elif Yener stated that the program aims to provide a space for young women to explore career options and discover their strengths amidst the digital and AI-driven transformation of the energy sector.
