Zrenjanin to host International Svibor Knightly Tournament

The International Svibor Knightly Tournament will take place in Zrenjanin on Friday, September 18, from 16:00 to 19:00. Held in Šećeranski Park, the event aims to recreate a medieval atmosphere through various activities, including archery, axe throwing, lance combat, and demonstrations of knightly skills such as slicing objects with swords.

This year's tournament features an international character, with participation from the Serbian Knightly Order ‘Svibor’, the ‘Sent Đorđ’ Knightly Order from Hungary, and the ‘Drači Usvit’ knightly group from the Czech Republic. The program includes an exhibition of medieval armor and weapons, authentic costume photography, and themed playgrounds for children. The event will also feature Serbian ethno singing and traditional medieval dances.
