Zuellig Pharma Secures Cialis Rights from Eli Lilly for Singapore and 12 Asian Markets
Zuellig Pharma, a leading Asian healthcare solutions company, announced on 3 August 2026 that it has acquired all rights, title and interest in Cialis® (tadalafil) from Eli Lilly and Company in Singapore. The deal gives Zuellig ownership of the trademarks, marketing authorisations and manufacturing know‑how for the erectile‑dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment across twelve Asian markets, with continued promotion and distribution by the company.
The acquisition is part of Zuellig Pharma’s strategy to expand its portfolio of owned healthcare products. CEO John Graham said the move reflects the firm’s expertise in growing world‑class brands and its purpose to make essential healthcare more accessible to communities across Asia. Zuellig Pharma now serves more than 200,000 medical facilities, operates in 18 markets, employs over 12,000 staff and works with more than 450 clients.
