Zuffa Boxing launches high‑profile events in Dublin and Las Vegas under Dana White

UFC chief Dana White is expanding into boxing through the Zuffa Boxing joint venture with Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority. The promotion’s first headline bout will see Irish prospect Aaron McKenna fight Etinosa Oliha for a vacant IBF middleweight title at Dublin’s 3Arena on August 8, a stepping‑stone McKenna says could lead to a future matchup with Mexican champion Canelo Alvarez.

A separate Zuffa Boxing card in Las Vegas featured Uzbek heavyweight Jakhongir Zokirov delivering a second‑round TKO of Zach Spiller, showcasing the company’s effort to build excitement across weight classes ahead of its marquee events, including the planned Canelo‑Alvarez‑Crawford superfight.

The venture aims to consolidate boxing’s fragmented promotion model, with plans for 12‑16 fight cards per year and high‑visibility bouts streamed globally.
