Zukunft Personal Europe 2026 HR AI Conference in Cologne Highlights Human‑AI Collaboration

The Zukunft Personal Europe (ZPE) trade fair will take place in Cologne from 15 to 17 September 2026 under the theme “Team Human × AI”. The event—Europe’s leading platform for people and organisational performance—will demonstrate how artificial intelligence can act as a partner for HR teams, automating routine tasks, analysing data and supporting decisions while humans provide context, responsibility and creativity.

Organisers emphasise responsible AI use, with clear guidelines for transparency, legal certainty and human‑centred AI leadership.
