Zukunftswerk Wiesbaden hosts inaugural Adminparty event
Zukunftswerk Wiesbaden is hosting its first ‘Adminparty,’ an experimental event designed to help individuals tackle long-overdue personal tasks such as tax returns, photo sorting, or managing overflowing email inboxes.
Participants work independently on their own to-do lists using a structured approach based on the Pomodoro technique, which involves concentrated work blocks separated by short breaks. The sessions include quiet music and snacks to facilitate a productive environment. Maral Koohestanian, Department Head for Digital Transformation, noted that the event aims to test whether procrastinated tasks become easier to manage when tackled collectively in a structured space.
The free events will take place on Tuesday, October 27, and Tuesday, November 17, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zukunftswerk in the Luisenforum. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptops and necessary documents.
