Zurich Entrepreneurship Program to train 6,125 Indonesian students
The Zurich Entrepreneurship Program (ZEP) will provide 6,125 high school students across 10 Indonesian cities with entrepreneurship training during the 2026–2027 academic year. Managed by Zurich Indonesia, Z Zurich Foundation, and Prestasi Junior Indonesia, the program utilizes a ‘Student Company’ model to offer hands-on business experience.
The curriculum has expanded to include artificial intelligence (AI), financial literacy, and the exploration of local economic potential. Students will use AI for market research, business idea development, and promotional materials, while being taught to use the technology ethically. The program also encourages students to identify market needs and develop products based on local culture and resources.
