Zurich to deploy WTW Radar software globally for insurance pricing

WTW has entered into a global agreement with Zurich Insurance Company to deploy its Radar rating and analytics software across Zurich’s target retail markets worldwide. This deal significantly expands a previous arrangement between the two companies that was limited to specific country-level integrations.

The Radar platform utilizes advanced analytics and insurance-focused artificial intelligence to enhance pricing sophistication, risk selection, portfolio management, and underwriting decisions. By integrating pricing, underwriting, and claims into a single platform, the technology aims to improve long-term profitability and operational agility.

Zurich officials noted that the centralized technological infrastructure of the Radar platform allows for easier scaling, while WTW representatives emphasized that such technology is becoming a core component of sustainable growth strategies in the competitive insurance sector.
