ZUS announces technical maintenance and service disruptions

The Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) has announced a technical break in its IT systems scheduled for Saturday, October 17, until 12:00 PM. The maintenance is necessary for software updates and the implementation of new documents.

The disruptions will primarily affect contributors, accountants, and medical professionals. Specifically, the Płatnik and ePłatnik PUE ZUS programs may experience difficulties with data retrieval and information verification. Additionally, the ability to cancel electronic sick leaves (e-ZLA) through the eZUS portal may be limited between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM. As a workaround, doctors may use the mZUS dla Lekarza mobile application to issue sick leaves during the maintenance period.
