The 'Zusammen für Demokratie' alliance, comprising over 80 organizations, has introduced a solidarity agreement to support individuals and institutions targeted by far-right extremists. The coalition includes trade unions, major Christian churches, sports associations, and various human rights, social, and environmental organizations.

Members aim to provide practical assistance following attacks on cultural centers, hate campaigns, or threats against volunteers. This support may take the form of public solidarity, legal aid, or financial assistance. The initiative seeks to ensure that those targeted for their commitment to democracy and human rights do not face such threats alone.

Representatives from the alliance, including Yasmin Fahimi of the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) and Andre Lehmann of LSVD+, emphasized the need for social cohesion in the face of rising hostility. They noted that attacks have increasingly targeted diverse groups, including migrant organizations, queer initiatives, and environmental groups.
