Zwartewaterland organizes meetings for National Fall Prevention Week

The municipality of Zwartewaterland is participating in the National Fall Prevention Week by organizing several community meetings. These sessions aim to provide residents with practical tips on improving balance, muscle strength, and confidence in movement to reduce the risk of falls.

Scheduled meetings will take place in Genemuiden at ’t Olde Staduus on September 29, in Hasselt at the AHOED waiting room on October 5, and in Zwartsluis at De Sluuspoort on October 27. Residents can also utilize a free online test at viabeweegzeker.nl to assess their personal fall risk.
