The 2026 International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) Global Produce & Floral Show is scheduled for October 14–16 in Orlando, Florida. The event is expected to host over 20,000 global decision-makers and more than 1,000 exhibitors, including major retailers such as AmazonFresh, Aldi, and Albertsons Companies. IFPA CEO Cathy Burns is set to deliver the ‘State of the Industry’ keynote address on the opening day. Her speech will address global challenges including food safety, supply chain volatility, sustainability, climate change, and the integration of artificial intelligence. Burns noted that these interconnected issues are critical because ‘fresh products move at the speed of trust.’ The conference will follow a new midweek schedule based on member feedback. Additionally, the organization ‘That Flower Feeling’ plans to host a public flower giveaway at Pointe Orlando on October 16 to repurpose blooms from the conference. Exhibitors are currently preparing specialized product showcases. Grimmway Produce Group intends to highlight innovations tied to consumer trends like functional snacking, featuring products such as Grimmway Farms Protein Snackers™ and Carrot Dunkables™. Their subsidiary, Cal-Organic Farms, will present organic options including carrot chip and dip trays and new meal additions like Veggie Crunch and Shredded Watermelon Radish. Village Fresh Greenhouse Grown will celebrate its 30th year of exhibiting at the event. The company plans to feature a commemorative poster by Shirley Chapman that incorporates themes of the United States’ 250th anniversary and Florida’s connection to NASA’s Artemis program.
