The Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI) has announced a 24-player probable squad for the 2026 Men's Blind Cricket Asia Cup to be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As the defending champions, India seeks to secure a second title in the tournament, which marks a return to continental competition after a ten-year hiatus. Following a national coaching and selection camp, the 24-member group will be narrowed down to a final 17-member squad. CABI chairman Dr Mahantesh G. Kivadasannavar described the tournament's return as a ‘significant moment’ for the blind cricket community. India previously won the inaugural Asia Cup in 2016 by defeating Pakistan in Kochi, Kerala. The upcoming selection process will include fitness sessions, tactical training, and practice matches to finalize the roster.
