The Puerto Rican boy band Menudo has announced an international reunion tour to celebrate the group’s 50th anniversary. The tour is scheduled to begin on October 10 at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, California, and will conclude on December 12 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with Rico. Organized by owner Paul Tarnopol, the six-date tour includes stops including Mexico City, in Chicago, New York, Mexico City, and Hollywood, Florida. The participating members include René Farrait, Roy Rosselló, Raymond Acevedo, Sergio Blass, Ralphy Rodríguez, Rubén Gómez, and Robert Avellanet. To accommodate the performers' adult voices, the group will perform their classic repertoire, such as ‘Súbete a mi moto’ and ‘Claridad’, in adapted keys to maintain their characteristic sound. Members have reported undergoing intensive rehearsals to prepare for the multi-generational event.
