Puliservice Volley Reggio Calabria is building its roster for the upcoming Serie B season with a focus on young talent. On September 18, the club announced the signing of middle blocker Rebecca Alvaro and the return of setter Sofia Tallariti. Both players were born in 2009 and aim to achieve technical and personal growth through the club’s project. Following this, on September 20, it was reported that outside hitter Ilenia Dascola, born in 2008, has also returned to her hometown to play for Puliservice. Dascola, who previously played in Venice, is currently focusing on physical conditioning and noted that the squad is composed of many young players who will learn from more experienced teammates. On October 5, further details emerged regarding Rebecca Alvaro’s transition to the Puliservice first team. Having previously developed her skills with the Raffaele Battaglia club and Sportspecialist in various Under 16 and divisional categories, Alvaro expressed gratitude for the opportunity to compete in the Serie B championship, noting the supportive technical staff and the cohesive nature of the team. On October 12, the club announced the signing of Ukrainian middle blocker Margo Dzunik to strengthen the roster for the women’s Serie B2 championship. Born in 1996, Dzunik brings international experience from the Ukrainian Vyshcha Liha with MSK Dnipro and the German 2. Bundesliga with SV Energie Cottbus. She is already familiar with the local volleyball scene after playing for Pallavolo Rossano during the 2025/26 season. Dzunik stated that she feels “comfortable and highly motivated to contribute to the team’s ambitions.”
