Romanian authorities are conducting searches for missing individuals in separate cases. In Argeș County, police were looking for 45-year-old Stoica Florinel Daniel, who disappeared from Mioveni and was described as having underlying medical conditions. In a separate matter, 15-year-old Sînziana Petronela Burduja has been missing from Bârlad since September 16. Recent developments have linked some disappearances to fatalities. In Mioveni, Argeș, local police reported that the 45-year-old man previously reported missing was found dead, with preliminary findings suggesting the death was a suicide. In Vâlcea County, authorities are investigating the death of 28-year-old Valentina Ioana Tănăsie. Her body was discovered by fishermen inside a suitcase in the Olt River near the Ionești dam. Medical examinations revealed signs of extreme violence, including fractured ribs, multiple bruises, and two fatal blows to the head. The victim was found dismembered and without clothing. Investigators are searching for the victim’s partner, a 30-year-old Vlad Bălțățeanu, a barber from Tomșani, who disappeared following a conflict. Authorities believe he may have fled Romania via the Vama Nădlac border crossing before the body was recovered. During a search of the suspect’s residence, authorities discovered multiple blood-like stains on a mattress.
