Indian institutional recruitment drives

Various Indian organizations and institutions have announced multiple recruitment drives for various sectors.

Initial announcements included large-scale hiring from Baroda Global Shared Services Limited (BGSSL) for nearly 2,000 positions, Assam Rifles for technical and tradesman roles, and the National Book Trust for editorial assistants. Other entities such as NTPC Limited and the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) also opened applications for corporate communications and engineering roles.

Subsequent recruitment notices expanded to include specialized positions in aviation, legal, and railway sectors. These included medical and health inspector vacancies at Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University, a placement consultant role at National Law University Delhi, and various managerial and consultancy openings at Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES).

Recent updates for 2026 include several public sector opportunities. The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Southern Railway has notified 4,471 apprentice posts, while the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is seeking Assistant Managers for Operations. Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting 36 Senior Assistant Engineers for Indian Air Force ex-servicemen, and BEML Limited has announced 13 executive vacancies, including a Chief General Manager. Additionally, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is seeking an Assistant on a deputation basis.

Specialized roles continue to be announced, such as a Consultant for Placement & Career Development at National Law University Delhi and various consultancy positions at RITES covering ICT Engineering, Hospital Management Systems, and Civil Engineering. Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University is also seeking a Visiting Medical Consultant specializing in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Paediatrics, alongside a Visiting Health Inspector.
