Major roadwork projects are scheduled for the A13 motorway in France, impacting different regions. In the Paris area, the A13 will face significant closures from November 16, 2026, through August 2027 to facilitate safety reinforcement reinforcement, life-extension, and life-extension consolidation work on the Saint-Cloud tunnel north tube. This includes closures between closure, intended to accommodate the Boulevard Périphérique tunnel boring machine for the Grand Paris Express Line 15 West, will affect the direction from Paris to the provinces and impacts approximately 80,000 daily vehicles. To mitigate congestion, authorities have suggested alternative routes such as the Vaucresson interchange. A14, A86, RD910, and RN118. Notably, the A14 is expected to be free of charge during weekdays for the duration of these works. Additionally, repairs at the A13/RN13 interchange at Chaufour-lès-Bonnières in Yvelines will cause lane restrictions and a 50 km/h speed limits limit between October 5 and December 25, 2026. In Calvados, roadworks at the Quetteville interchange are scheduled from October 19 to December 10, 2026, to implement free-flow tolling upgrades. These works involve several closures of the ramp connecting the A13 to the A29 toward Le Havre, as well as various including continuous day and night closures between October 19 and October 30. Various nighttime restrictions are also scheduled on the A29 in the direction of Caen and Paris throughout November and December.
