The administration of President-elect President Abelardo de la Espriella in Colombia has begun forming its government and shifting national security policies. Initial cabinet developments included the expected appointment of musician Aglaé Dinora Caraballo Mercado as Vice Minister of Cultures, Arts, and Knowledge.
