Academic and cultural exchange events in Turkey

Overview

International exchange initiatives focused on academic and cultural cooperation have been held in Turkey.

In Bursa, Bursa Uludağ University hosted its 3rd International StaffWeek through its Erasmus Coordination Office. The four-day program involved 30 academic and administrative staff members from 20 universities across 12 European countries, including Spain, Portugal, Germany, Bulgaria, and Romania. The event aimed to strengthen international academic collaborations, establish new project partnerships, and facilitate knowledge sharing. Additionally, an international university promotion event was held to provide students with information on Erasmus+ mobility, internships, and research opportunities.

In Edirne, the Edirne Governorship and Trakya University organized the ‘International Balkan Painters Edirne Art Meeting.’ This exhibition featured over 50 works by artists from the Balkan region at the Balkan Congress Center, intended to strengthen cultural ties and preserve shared heritage.
