Academic and institutional developments are occurring across several Balkan nations. In Serbia, the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SANU) announced an election cycle to select new leadership and members, with an emphasis on increasing the representation of women and younger researchers. In Kosovo, the ‘Ukshin Hoti’ University in Kosovo conducted entrance exams for various master’s programs, including Business Administration and Computer Science.
