Aditya Birla Renewables (ABRen) secured a USD 1.6 billion term loan facility from Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) to finance its acquisition of Solenergi Power. This acquisition, which includes the Sprng Energy group of companies, involves purchasing a 100% equity stake from Shell Overseas Investment for an enterprise value of approximately USD 1.8 billion.
