Agribank has entered into multiple strategic partnerships to expand its operational scope in Vietnam. In mid-August 2026, the bank signed an agreement with Saigon Co.op to integrate financial services with large-scale retail distribution. This partnership focuses on deposit services, payment processing, and providing credit to support retail expansion and logistics. The collaboration also aims to promote cashless payments and facilitate the distribution of Vietnamese goods. Shortly thereafter, On August 21, 2026, Agribank signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement under the Ministry of Justice. Justice in Hanoi. This agreement focuses on improving the efficiency of debt recovery and asset handling through information sharing, account freezing, and fund deductions to satisfy court decisions. Both entities also intend to collaborate on digital transformation and professional training. Agribank’s General Director, Pham Toan Vuong, stated that the MoU establishes a foundation for “synchronized and effective cooperation based on principles of transparency and innovation.” The partnership aims to enhance civil judgment enforcement by providing banking and financial solutions to support enforcement activities and the management of assets related to court decisions.
