Agricultural and agroalimentary development in Abruzzo

In September 2026, ANCI Abruzzo and the National and Regional College of Agricultural Experts signed a memorandum of understanding in Guardiagrele. More than 2 million euros has been allocated to assist local farms with agritourism and agricultural diversification.

Eligible investments, ranging from 20,000 to 250,000 euros per company, cover activities such as social farming, educational farms, and tourist-recreational services tied to natural heritage and rural traditions. The program also includes support for the transformation and sale of specific farm products. Applications are being accepted via the AGEA-SIAN portal until November 23, 2026.
