A day later, analysts expanded the discussion to the broader implications for how work, learning and recruitment are evaluated. They argued that traditional written artefacts no longer reliably reveal a candidate’s reasoning because AI can produce polished documents. Consequently, oral examinations, interviews and live discussions are being promoted as more trustworthy measures of authentic thinking and interpersonal skill. Some futurists even speculated about brain‑computer interfaces that embed AI directly in the human mind, underscoring the need to rethink the criteria for skill assessment in both education and hiring contexts.
