The 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya featured various karate competitions. Early results in the individual kata events saw Japan’s Maho Ono secure gold in the women’s category after defeating Hong Kong’s Grace. Other medalists included Taiwan’s Hui Xuan Chien, who earned bronze, and Hong Kong’s Ho Hin Wai, who took bronze in the men’s individual kata.
