He remarked that he has maintained a lasting friendship with Olympiacos supporters over the past four years.

Reflecting on his career, Peters described his move to Armani Milano as the ‘most important decision of my life’ concerning his professional growth and family. He credited his time at Baskonia for preparing him for a significant role at Olympiacos, where he played under coach Georgios Bartzokas and reached the Final Four.

In recent discussions regarding his move to Olimpia Milano, Peters emphasized the emotional significance of winning the EuroLeague with Olympiacos while his family was present. He noted that the club’s philosophy and high-level environment were instrumental to his growth.
