Amazon has implemented significant changes to its consumer electronics and AI services. Amazon reported that shoppers interacting with Alexa+ were “over 25 percent more likely to sign up for a Prime membership.” This strategic shift occurs amid a 12 percent year-over-year revenue increase for Amazon’s subscription services, reaching $13.7 billion, and as competitors like Walmart expand their own loyalty program benefits.
