Amorepacific Holdings has initiated several strategic shifts focused on sustainability and global expansion. The company signed a memorandum of understanding with the Presidential Commission on Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth to launch the ‘Green Profit Public Participation Expansion Campaign’. This partnership seeks to promote low-carbon consumption and support youth-led carbon neutrality initiatives. In conjunction with its 81st anniversary, the group has also reaffirmed its ‘New Beauty’ vision. This strategy aims to establish new global standards by diversifying business offerings into haircare and wellness under a ‘holistic longevity’ technology vision. To reach a revenue goal of 15 trillion won by 2035, the company is prioritizing biotechnology, AI-based operations, and expansion into core global markets. Building on this vision, Chairman Seok-bae Suh has outlined five strategic tasks: nurturing global markets, strengthening holistic beauty solutions, developing anti-aging via bio-technology, organizational innovation, and transitioning to AI-first operations. To foster this ecosystem, the group is launching the ‘2026 Second Half New Beauty Innovation Challenge’ from September 7 to 20. The initiative features two tracks: a ‘Brand Track’ for early-stage beauty and wellness startups, and a ‘Tech Track’ for companies specializing in medical aesthetics, beauty devices, and digital beauty. Selected participants may receive equity investments of up to 500 million won alongside opportunities for product co-development and distribution support.
