ANA Association youth support programs in Croatia

Overview

The ANA Association for Helping Children and Families has been conducting community programs across Croatia to support youth through creative activities and academic assistance.

In late September, the association announced a workshop titled ‘The Secret of the Lost Island’ in the Poličnik Municipality, scheduled for October 3, 2026. This event, led by Karla Pap, was designed to combine storytelling and games with the ‘Give Them a Chance’ program to provide learning support to children in the Zadar County region.

By mid-October, the ‘Give Them a Chance’ (Dajmo im šansu) program expanded its reach to Split. Supported by the Split-Dalmatia County, these sessions aim to provide a patient environment for children to receive help with school subjects and assignments while building confidence through social interaction.
